Does anyone have experience with the Good Feet orthopedic insoles (as sold by the Good Feet store)?

Brenna's been fighting back pain when she runs, and we've been to the dr who says her pelvis is crooked, and he's realigned her and given her exercises to do, but it's not an overnight fix.  In the meantime, she has 2.5 hours of soccer practice each day, and yesterday could barely practice at all due to the back pain.  Her coach has suggested insoles, and I know anything we get at WalMart or other regular store isn't going to help, but we don't have time enough to wait for a custom set to be made.

I've got a message in to the Doc to get his thoughts on Good Feet, but was hoping someone else out there has tried them and can give some kind of review in either direction.  We'd be looking at getting the Youth (6-mo lasting) inserts, not a lifetime pair, so the cost is at least a bit do-able.

Thanks in advance!

YES! They are worth it.

In the long term, you'll want to get her the custom made shoe inserts that are molded from an impression of her feet, but that's only after her feet have finished growing. That cured 80% of my back pain.

Whoa, wow, really? That's great to know. I was really hoping they'd be good (because we could get them TONIGHT), but worried I'd hear nothing but bad reviews, heh.

Hooray! Thanks!

*nods* I wish there was a store around here but apparently there's not one in ALL of Oklahoma!

I originally got my custom shoe inserts made at Cleveland Chiropractic and love them! You're spozed to get them replaced every other year or so, but at $100, no way!
