Question for the VURD...
Mar. 19th, 2009 01:34 pmDoes anyone have experience with the Good Feet orthopedic insoles (as sold by the Good Feet store)?
Brenna's been fighting back pain when she runs, and we've been to the dr who says her pelvis is crooked, and he's realigned her and given her exercises to do, but it's not an overnight fix. In the meantime, she has 2.5 hours of soccer practice each day, and yesterday could barely practice at all due to the back pain. Her coach has suggested insoles, and I know anything we get at WalMart or other regular store isn't going to help, but we don't have time enough to wait for a custom set to be made.
I've got a message in to the Doc to get his thoughts on Good Feet, but was hoping someone else out there has tried them and can give some kind of review in either direction. We'd be looking at getting the Youth (6-mo lasting) inserts, not a lifetime pair, so the cost is at least a bit do-able.
Thanks in advance!
