Whew!
Well, it's over at last...the dreaded garage sale is over. Whew! I did okay...made a couple hundred dollars, and got rid of a lot of stuff. One of my friends from work helped me out, and he ended up hauling everything that was left over off to a thrift store. Hooray for that. Now I can get to work cleaning the poor house that's been ignored for weeks. (Woo.)
I'm still sick...think maybe this whole thing has transformed into pneumonia at some point, but as I'm starting to make the climb back into wellness (I think), hopefully by the time we actually MOVE, I'll be good again.
C's still working on the never-ending basement project. I'll be so glad when that's all done, for I miss him tons.
In other news, the ex came to me yesterday and started talking about soccer stuff again. Again. Now it seems that he's rethinking his stance on where the kids should play, and wants me to find out if Brenna can be guaranteed a spot on a competitive team, or if she'd have to try out. If she'll be put into a rec league, then he wants them to play up north. Or, he says, Connor can play up north while she plays down south. Sure, you moron. I'll be glad to rip myself into two pieces to get them both to practices on OPPOSITE SIDES OF THE CITY. Gah. I told him to think about it this week and I'll see what info I can gather. He hurts my head.
But...it's another week, and I'm hot on the trail of a case of identity theft, I think...silly people in California think they can get away with filing for tax refunds that are $100K+. WTF? Hell no...we're on that like white on rice. Double...no...TRIPLE Gah.
And for something you'll REALLY like: (*ooooh.*)

However not all Angelics allow themselves to be gotten the better of - the Seraphim for example will be driven to fighting for the sake of Justice and protection of those less powerful.
