I got the messages about the problems with the candle company - fortunately, I had not yet ordered anything (that was on my "when faire is over" list).
From the tone of some of the messages that came out, it appears that two people in authority decided to argue over who was entitled to what money, and one of them took a unilateral action (as in, clear the account and walk off). Sad...
I'm glad that you found good things to bring home instead. Makes it much better all the way around.
