Coming up blank

hdsqrlIt's become a normal part of my day, updating this thing, only today...I'm coming up blank. I had thought about noting that I scored as a Spring person in a quiz, and as a Water Element in another quiz (ooh, big shocker there, as I'm a cancerian), but figured that wouldn't be nearly exciting enough.
I went to a Pampered Chef party last night, and missed out on the premiere of American Idol, so I am hoping that they will re-air that at some point. They're usually pretty good about replaying stuff like that, I've found.
I have precious little to say, I'm afraid.
Today I am only working a half-day, as I have a doctor's appt thats got me a little worried this afternoon. It should be nothing, at least, I hope it's nothing, but I'm probably a bit distracted by thoughts of that. And also, my nutritional class starts today, so beginning tomorrow, I'm going to be a sugar-craving FREAK. Beware. Oh, and this is good news...I found out on Monday night that my son was just accepted into the school district's gifted program. My daughter's been involved with that the last 2 years. According to the report, my son's IQ was rated at 135. And he's only 8. Pretty damn good, I'd say. :)
