Apparently the building people around here have determined that once the ouside temp reaches 50 degrees, it's time to crank on the air conditioner. I think I lost the feeling in my fingertips about 12 minutes ago, to be close to exact.
My new boss, who started out to be cool, is quickly losing favor with me. I can appreciate his intentions, that being the motive to keep us doing the duties listed in our job description, and little more, but so much has happened during my time here that has caused me to be the go-to person for a large number of things, that it's become a normal part of life for me to multitask and help out other departments all the time. He really needs to back up a few steps, and wait to see that I really can manage it all at once, without any interference from him. Yes, I know I get stressed out from time to time when the load gets heavy, but that's usually short-lived, and when things slow down, I get way-bored if I don't have a variety of things to keep me busy.
Ugh, and Brr, all at the same time.
